        Questions

Agile Project Management (APM) is a method for devising and managing the process of projects. In Agile Software Development, an Agile project is developed in small segments. Insights obtained from the analysis of an iteration are practiced to decide what the next move should be in a project.
Software development has changed drastically. However, it is refreshing to revisit the agile principles, understand what they imply, and to evaluate if they still matter. Early and Continuous Delivery of Valuable Software- Satisfy the consumer through rapid and constant delivery of worthy software Embrace Change - When we embrace change, the software could provide the consumer with a competitive advantage Frequent Delivery - It suggests delivering a different version of your software within a short time frame Business and Developers Together - Business people and developers have to work together every day during the project Motivated Individuals - Give them the environment they require, and trust them to complete the job well Face-to-Face Conversation - Efficient and effective method of sharing and providing information to is a face-to-face Conversation Working Software  - A working software is a basic example of progress Technical Excellence  - Constant attentiveness to technical worth and good design improves agility Simplicity - The art of maximizing the volume of work not done is imperative Self-Organizing Teams - The best architectures, requirements, and designs appear from self-organizing teams Regular Reflection and Adjustment - The team should reflect on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency, which can help tune and adjust its behavior accordingly They All Still Matter - All agile principles are still applicable today. This is because they are based on economic and human nature.
4 ( Four) core values of Agile: individuals and interactions over processes and tools working software over comprehensive documentation customer collaboration over contract negotiation responding to change over following a plan.
The most widely-used Agile methodologies include: Agile Scrum Methodology Lean Software Development Kanban Extreme Programming (XP) Crystal Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) Feature Driven Development (FDD)
Agile SDLC model is a mixture of iterative and incremental methods with a center on means of flexibility and customer satisfaction by speedy delivery. Agile Methods separate the goods into small incremental builds. These builds are provided in iterations.
Several areas need to be approached if an agile project is to deliver the anticipated results within the budget available. A decision needs to be made at the beginning of a project as to whether agile is the proper way to deliver it. 3 (Three) key factors agile projects require: Collaboration Constant focus on business value The appropriate level of quality
Many say Agile is useful for all projects, but this is based on a wrong understanding of Agility. Agile is not helpful in every project. There are two basic requirements in a lifecycle. Delivering incrementally: You should produce “usable” subsets of the goods, taking it step by step, as opposed to delivering it once at the end of the project. Developing iteratively: in order to deliver incrementally, you are required to develop iteratively. This means you should repeat the development processes. When you’re executing a construction project, you can work inside timeboxes. However, these timeboxes are not iterations, and the completed deliverables are not increments, for the reasons explained before. You’re not using an adaptive lifecycle, and therefore, you’re not Agile.
It can be implemented in all types of projects, but its essence can only be extracted if we use it on bigger and complex projects. We can use agile when we can actually implement it for the success of the project, or the nature of the project requires it. Agile should not be used just as a run away from waterfall. We can use agile where the collaboration is highly important for the success of the project, where we have long term goals and no bound on the requirements, and agile can be well utilized where we have great power of either utilizing time as much as we want or resource as much as we want.
Agile model advantage: Resource requirements are minimum. Suitable for fixed or changing requirements Delivers early partial working solutions. Good model for environments that change steadily. Minimal rules, documentation easily employed. Easy to manage. Gives flexibility to developers.
Agile model disadvantage: Not suitable for handling complex projects. High risk of sustainability An overall plan, an agile manager and agile PM practice, is a must without which it will not work. Stern delivery command dictates the scope, functionality to be presented, and agreements to meet the deadlines. It depends heavily on consumer communication, if customer is not transparent, team can be moving in the wrong direction.
Agile software development lifecycle covers the concept, inception, construction, release, production, and retirement phases.
All project, from a new venture to property construction, is brought out in phases. The number of stages in a project will vary according to the project's type. 4 (Four) phases of project management: Planning Execution Monitoring & Control Project closing
It's called the 'Six Principles of Service Excellence,' and it for any plan or initiative you are trying to implement effectively. Principle 1: Vision and Mission Principle 2: Business Objectives Principle 3: Standards of Engagement Principle 4: Intervention and Execution Strategy Principle 5: Organisational Alignment Principle 6: Measurement and Accountability
These factors link to the others, and together, they make the frame that is your project. Coming to an understanding of what these factors mean in a project and how they work will improve you to be a more capable PM, despite your industry or niche.
